ATI-ONGC has undertaken various R&D studies such as

  • Environment Monitoring studies around Western Offshore Assets & Basin of ONGC Environment Monitoring studies around deep water of KG-PG Basin and Palk Bay areas in Bay of Bengal
  • Water management studies
  • Trace metal characterisation studies with rare-earth elements (including uranium isotopes analysis) of sediments, cores, rocks and crude oil
  • Environmental Studies for Statutory Environmental Clearances and Baseline Reports
  • Occupational Hazards Identification at both onshore and offshore installations
  • Behaviour based safety perception surveys at both onshore and offshore installations

ATI-ONGC’s R&D efforts encompass an Environment Laboratory and Occupational Health Centre recognised by DSIR (Department of Scientific and Industrial Research), under Govt. of India with following state-of-the-art lab equipment:
