Upon assuming charge as Chief of Institute ATI, Goa, from Mr. Sanjeev Singhal on his superannuation, Mr Gupta expressed his gratitude for the vibrant culture and strong team spirit fostered by his predecessor. He reaffirmed his commitment to upholding and advancing this legacy with renewed enthusiasm. He stated that his top priority is to enhance the Training & Development capabilities of ATI and ensure the timely completion of ongoing infrastructure projects on campus, such as the World Class Convention Center, Management Development Facility, and the Floating Pontoon Jetty. His vision is to transform ATI into a vibrant, world-class hub for training and conventions. “We must also ensure optimal utilization of the upgraded training facilities to conduct various training programs more effectively. With the recent completion of the Executive Residential Hostel, we are now equipped to accommodate a greater number of trainees and visiting dignitaries on campus itself,” he added.

He further shared that he would wholeheartedly dedicate himself to accomplishing the tasks entrusted to him, to fulfill the Institute’s mission and vision of promoting the highest HSE standards in ONGC. With the support of all ONGCians, he aspires to develop ATI into a ‘Centre of Excellence in Safety, Health, and Environment in the Petroleum Sector of International Repute’. He emphasized that achieving long-term success for the Institute requires a shared vision and collective effort.

Upon taking charge as Chief of ATI, Mr Gupta expressed his gratitude to the ONGC Management for entrusting him with the responsibility to lead the Advanced Training Institute. He pledged to uphold and realize the Management’s vision for the Institute with dedication and commitment.”
